About Sandhouse

Sandhouse began with a familiar feeling: being far from home.

Living between places and cultures, we found that home is often carried through small things. A cup on the table, a familiar shape, a certain color, or an object that quietly brings back a memory.

Rooted in Eastern aesthetics and a sense of modern homesickness, Sandhouse brings together independent design and everyday objects that feel both familiar and new.

We believe the things we live with can shape how a space feels. Over time, they become part of our rituals, memories, and our own idea of home.

But Sandhouse is more than a shop.

We hope to build a community where people can share aesthetics, ideas, culture, and everyday discoveries. Through our selections, stories, collaborations, and gatherings in Los Angeles, we want to create a place where people with similar sensibilities can find one another.
